Welcome Buyers

New and Returning Buyer Registration:

Pre-registration for the January 30 - February 1, 2014 OASIS Gift Show is now closed.
However, all new and returning buyers can still register at show site.

Please be sure to bring a copy of your state sales tax reporting license as all licenses will be checked on site. All badges have been mailed. Any badge changes or additions must now be made at the show. If you pre-registered and did not receive your badges, you can obtain new ones at the show. No further badges can be mailed at this time.

New Buyers can register at the show by completing a registration form and bringing it to the show with proper credentials (see below for list). Click here to download a New Buyer registration form.

Below is important Buyer Registration Information:

On-site Buyer Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. daily. On-site Buyer Registration closes at 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Attendees registering at the show site must provide EACH of the following: (There are no exceptions)

Personal photo I.D. of primary buyer, signature, copy of state sales tax reporting license (for industry related business) or tax exempt certificate (churches, hospital, schools)

COMPANY Identification
You must present a copy of at least ONE of any of the following:

  • City business license
  • U.S. Federal I.D. number
  • Company check
  • Credit card in company’s name
  • Exhibiting company’s purchase order
  • Three or more recent invoices from giftware industry manufacturers for merchandise purchased at wholesale and in quantity
  • Yellow Pages business listing
  • Store or commercial lease with the type of business indicated on the document
  • Photograph of your store front
  • Mail Order Companies must provide actual printed catalog
  • Manufacturers' representatives (multi-line only) must provide a list of lines currently being handled including their contact information
  • Wholesalers, importers, and exporters must provide samples of brochures or catalogs that demonstrate current product selection and inventory

EMPLOYEE Identification
You must present a copy of at least ONE of any of the following for each attending employee:

  • W-2 form
  • Permanent employee I.D.
  • Cancelled company payroll check or paycheck stub
  • Company insurance card
  • Company credit card with both employee and company name
  • Business cards are NOT accepted as credentials

OASIS, Inc. reserves the right to request additional business identification if deemed necessary or to deny access to the show.

Buyer Highlights

Important Notices
OASIS Non-buying Guest Policy
We highly discourage guests attending the show. However, non-buying guest badges are available. Guests must register with their buyer. The guest fee is $50.00 per person with a limit of two guests per buying company. While on the show floor, guests must wear their badges and remain with their buyers at all times.

Age Restrictions For Child Safety
During exhibitor move-in and move-out, children under the age of 16 years are not permitted in the convention center. During show days, children under the age of 14 years are not permitted on the show floor. OASIS does not provide childcare at show site. Mother's or responsible guardians who have infants in a front carry pack are permitted, however the infant must remain in the pack while on the show floor. If the infant needs to be taken from the pack, you must proceed to the registration area.

No Pets Allowed
Only service animals are permitted to accompany individuals with disabilities.

For scooter rental at the show site, please contact Med-equip Home Health at 602-971-7809 or E-mail.

A limited number of wheelchairs will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Other Policies and Show Information

  • The Phoenix Convention Center is a smoke-free environment
  • No photography or video is allowed without permission from the exhibitor or OASIS management
  • No outside food or beverage allowed in the stadium
  • No wheeled cases larger than 22”x14”x9” are permitted on the show floor
  • OASIS Gift Show is a professional trade show and is not open to the public
  • The release, including sample sales, is prohibited except from Gifts 2 Go and Artisans’ Showcase exhibitors
  • Buyers are not permitted to remove product from the main floor exhibitors
  • In addition to presenting a badges, buyers and exhibitors may be required to show photo identification at any time
  • Management reserves the right to refuse show admittance
